As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact in our community, I felt it was important to connect with you directly to share more about the steps we're taking to keep our guests and team members safe and healthy.

With the shelter-in-place order in effect, we wanted to let you know that as an essential business, we will remain open. Our service and parts departments are open for any repair, maintenance or warranty needs, our new temporary service hours are: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Our limited sales staff is available via internet, email and phone. We also have a team of delivery specialists standing by for white glove delivery to you, wherever you are.

The health and safety of our guests and team members have always been and will continue to be our top priorities. Our dealership employs a full-time staff of experienced cleaning crews who clean and sanitize our restrooms, offices, lounges and guest areas multiple times each day, every day. In recent weeks, we have increased the frequency of this daily cleaning and have also enhanced the nightly deep cleaning of our facilities including sanitizing high-touch areas such as keyboards, telephones, door knobs and pulls as well as seat surfaces. Employees who are not feeling 100% have been mandated to remain home. All of these practices are informed by the CDC and WHO.
