2018 brings a massive change for the Ford Expedition. Everyone's favorite eight-seater SUV has drawn inspiration from the Ford F-150 and is going on a diet, losing three hundred pounds by switching to an aluminum body. The lighter body will help increase fuel economy and boost performance. Of course, that's not the only trick up the sleeve of the 2018 Ford Expedition.
The 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 received some updates and now has a star/stop feature, letting it turn off the engine at stops to help conserve fuel. Fuel efficiency isn't the only thing that will increase in the 2018 Ford Expedition; Ford claims that the 2018 model will be the most powerful Ford Expedition yet, although they have not given out horsepower numbers yet.
