The Ford F-150 has been the best-selling truck in America for 40 years. While this is undeniably impressive, Ford refuses to rest on its laurels; in the auto industry, if you don't constantly improve, your competitors certainly will. Ford has plenty of changes in store for the 2018 Ford F-150, and we can't wait to get our hands on one.
For the first time ever, the Ford F-150 will have an available diesel engine, although Ford is playing coy with some of the details. We know that the 2018 Ford F-150 will have an available turbo-diesel 3.0-liter V6 engine, but we do not yet know how much horsepower and torque it will provide. The 2018 Ford F-150 will now also have the ability to be a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, letting up to 10 different devices connect to the truck's internet. The outside has also undergone a few changes, leading to a stylish new look.
