For over 30 years, the Ford Bronco has been the sport utility vehicle, and this was decades before SUVs were parked in everybody's driveways. And while it was gone for a while, you'll be glad to know that it has finally come back. But, the 2021 Ford Bronco looks a lot different than the previous versions.

Power and Performance

The Ford Bronco comes with a turbocharged 2.3-liter inline-four engine that produces 270 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque. You can also go with the twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 engine that produces 310 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque if you're looking for more power to take you off the trail. A 10-speed automatic transmission is standard, but the base engine can be equipped with a seven-speed manual. The Ford Bronco has excellent off-road chops, as it can be outfitted with:

  • Beadlock-capable wheels
  • Electronic locking front and rear differentials
  • Long-travel dampers
  • 35-inch mud-terrain tires
  • A sway-bar disconnect features

This new Ford can also tow up to 3,500 pounds.

Interior

The Ford Bronco has plenty of room for up to five people, so everyone can join in on the adventures. Cloth upholstery and manually adjustable front seats are standard. You will also get many standard tech features in this Ford SUV, including:

  • Four USB ports
  • A six-speaker stereo
  • Remote keyless access
  • A Wi-Fi hot spot
  • Push-button start
  • Apple CarPlay®
  • Android Auto™
  • An eight-inch touchscreen

A navigation system and a 12-inch touchscreen are also available.

Safety

The Ford Bronco comes with many advanced safety features, such as automatic high-beam headlights, a rearview camera, and automatic emergency braking.

There are also several others you can add, including blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, rear cross-traffic assist, and lane keep assist. These additional features are nice to have if you're looking to have another set of eyes on the road.
